Why Bihar is so backward?

As it is well known that every thing has it's pros and cons. Till date India ranks in the category of developing nation. It shows the hard work of each and every citizens of India . Not every states are doing so and Bihar is one of them. Today's subject is quite serious, Bihar is a state having a huge growth gap and has to fulfill it very soon. Today I will tell you seven reasons why Bihar is so backward state. By comparing the per capital income of all states and UTs, Bihar's was the least. Around 31,000 p.a is the salary of a person.Why this is so!
Lot many states pushes up the development and GDP of a country where as some tries to pull it down and Bihar is one of them. What is the reason behind this? Why we percieve 'bihari' as a non parliamentary language? People talk about the foreigner that they discriminate Indians in every field but here Indians are doing same thing with there own people. You can't get the fruits untill roots are not well.
First reason is - Geographical disadvantage
Bihar is a land locked state and due to this Bihar don't have the advantage of international trade. If it is in coastal region like Gujrat and Maharashtra where in, there are huge international business through seas, ports and southern states like Karnataka, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh have the major advantage of international trade. Bihar is totally land locked state, this doesn't allow to have the privilege of global access.
Second is, there is no major industries in Bihar, except the company like Hindustan Unilever want to invest here. Trucks and trains come here only to deliver stuffs but goes empty from here, there is no trade from Bihar. It is only consuming the products, not trading to earn money. Earlier the industries like sugar mills and fertiliser plants was there but due to damage in ecosystem, they moved away. The major loss it had faced when Bihar decentralised from Jharkhand. Mineral rich companies, huge corporate and all mining companies shifted to Jharkhand. One by one Bokaro, Tata nager - Jamshedpur all slipped from hand.
Third point is - Fright equalisation policy, this comes in the year 1950 to 1990. According to this policy, the minerals which were extracted from mines are shifted to other states and the central government had given the subsidiary on transport, so that Bihar was only focussing on transport while big companies are making profit. Bihar was the mineral rich state and was only given the subsidiary on transport. People of Bihar had no idea ahout marketing to setup their companies here.
Forth point is - Frog in the pond thinks it's an ocean, so the people of Bihar gives all priority to civil services like IAS, IPS. So that they will earn from both sided i.e above the table and under the table, this is a culture has been created. He/She has the government job, elctric bill don't have  to pay and the government job is life sustaning. By going through the lines of a news paper, I found, dowry rate list has been declared - IAS officer - 1 - 3 crore, IPS officer - 80 lakh - 2 crore, IRS/IFS officer - 50 - 60 lakhs, ENG./PSU/PCS officer  40 - 50 lakh, bank PO/station master- 15 - 20 lakhs, government peon - 5 lakhs. What disgusting it is! Every one is dying behind dowry. For bihari's government job is everything. During marriage time if a groom don't have a house to live, tastes alcohol and if he is a government employee, then the bride's family will agree for marriage.
Fifth point is - Bihar is famous for caste politics, it means there is more caste politics in comparison to development politics. After 1991 when government removed the barriers on trade, every states was thinking and worried about international funding, foreign investment, to make best use of libralisation, then Bihar was still stucked in caste politics. The caste system is sucking Bihar day by day. There were no growth politics, no development politics. I don't want to hurt anyone, but it is true. This is because Bihar remains as unstable government. In 70 years the government changed 40 times and about 23 times new chief ministers had ruled. Chief Ministers didn't got more than average 1.5 years. Bihari's have to say no to caste politics, if they make profit then they will only enjoy i.e is known as inclusive growth.
Sixth is, population rate growth and literacy rate, population growth rate and literacy growth rate are not matching. Literacy rate is decreasing but fertility rate is increasing rapidly, this leads to high population but low education. The literacy rate of Bihar is 63% only, which is the least.
Seventh is - Education and Employability is directly proportionate to earnings, it means population affect education and education increases employment. In Bihar there is minimum education level and maximum unemployment level. In 1950 - 51 Bihar's per capita income was Rs 204 but India's are Rs 265, in 2013-14 Bihar's have Rs 28000 and India's have Rs 75000. Bihar always lag behind in every field. We are very familiar with Anil Agarwal, founder and chairman of Vedanta Resource Plc. He ranks top 10 in most richest man in India and he is of Bihar, Ravindra Kumar founder of SIS security he isslso from Bihar.  Bihari's have to change themselves and have to know the jobs other than government.

Elon Musk case study

Well said by Brain Tracy 'make your life a masterpiece, imagine no limitation on what you can be, have or do.'
When we discuss about rocket and science, only one name comes to our mind i.e Elon Musk. Who is he? He is a far sighted, futuristic, with a barrier free mind. He is a south african born belongs from canadian - american business magnet family. It's a fact about him that, in about 100 years, 2 - 4 people are born like him. He is that kind of person, who wants to control the future, whose only aim to do impossible works.
If we throw back lights on his childhood, he was a book warm, and at 12 he created a game which was sold at $ 500 to an online company. The tendency of focusing on every thing is the main strategy of him.
He says ' looking for solution is the biggest problem.' His thought process is 'failure is option'. Generally we think, failure is no option but his thinking is completely contrary to ours!
He born with a golden heart who wants to live for earth. He created Solar City, Tesla motors, Space X, the main motive behind this to make a pollution free planet.
Today he is 21st most powerful man in the world. He is a self thought programmer and a rocket scientist. Elon Musk opted rocket science as a stream but didn't got formal education. By reading the books only, he understood the whole concept of rocket science. He made the best best use of books and internet. He was a book worm and developed a deep vision, obsession and persistence to change the world. He always select the best and powerful team before  accomplishing the projects. He hires the best employ at primafacie.
He spent his whole childhood by reading only books in contrary with other children. He reads 10 - 15 hours daily. He worked seven days during his whole life.
Once he said ' I don't expect to do what is possible, I want to do what is needed to be done.'
Zip2, X.com, Paypal, Space X, Tesla motors, Solar City, Hyperloop, Open AI, Neuralink, The Boring Company, these all are the companies which are owned by Elon Musk.
He always wants to send the people on the Mars planet. In 1995 Elon Musk and his brother Kimble launched a software company called Zip2, but unfortunately boards of directors removed him from CEO of the company as he don't have much experience. In the year 2000 - 2002 there was huge market crash, the board of director thought to sell the company in which he earned 7% equity about $ 22 million. He could have been lived a wealthy life for his whole life but thought to reinvest. As I said earlier 'there are only few people who born in a century like him.' He reinvested the amount and launched a company X.com. It was only meant for transaction purpose and online banking. After few years, a company named Confinity clashed with X.com and merges to together to become Paypal. Unfortunately there was a severe arguement between CTO and CEO of a company, this leads to kicked him off out of the company. He earned $ 165 million from Paypal. He didn't gave up, he thought to send the people on Mars. Elon went to Russia for rockets but one rocket costs him an arm and leg. That was a huge amount for one rocket i.e $ 8 million.
He thought to invent a company himself which was named Space X. He started reading thousands of book and by going through the lines he understood all the concepts of rocket science. Generally people after taking formal education in rocket science unable to understand the concept but he did this in contrary. Space X company manufacture reusable rockets, and for this project no one has supported him. His plan was to invent the rockets at low price and brings back the rocket at initial point which was like an impossible task. The time when he launched his first rocket, unfortunately there was a blast in the engine, he faced huge loss, but the ray of hope was still there.
Secondly when he launched again the rocket went in space but got off routed due to some error. Third time the rocket was again off routed. He lost all his savings and everything which he earned from those companies.
One day he made an announcement that he was going to launch a rocket once again. What a crazy guy he is! He took loans from  several banks, it goes without saying that he has a huge risk appetite. He risked everything even a single penny, and after many failure, he had not only successed but signed $ 1.5 million deal with NASA.
As we know ISRO and NASA works on government funding but Space X works on itself, without funding of government. This paranoid vision to achieve the products and crafts, made him a great person. Today his company provides equipments, cargoes, satellites to NASA.
He invested in Tesla motors and this company achieved a great success. First electric cars by Tesla motors costs $ 109,000 but the expected amount was $ 50,000, but in the final attempt, he finally launched an electric cars at reasonable price. He is also settling his company in India to produce the electric cars, our Prime Minister, Shre Narendra Damodar Das Modi met him and fixed the deal.

Is Education Fare?

After getting food, wearing clothes and building a home  then comes Education.
 Many revolutionary changes are required in our education system. In this artical I will suggest many ideas how to improve it. It's a shame for our country and education faculity that everything is developing in India excluding education. The youths of this country is so hard and smart working that no other country's could beat us, but we unfortunate to have this.
In present time education system in India are not fulfilling the needs of students because of following reasons -
• No real time corporate experience
• Conventional Theoretical - based classroom approach.
• Stagnant syllabus/ lack of counselor
• Underemployment is bigger problem than unemployment.
• Low industry demand.
• Incompetent faculty.
There has been no connection between corporate and college campus. This is the major reason of lagging behind in comparison to other countries.
At the present time there are 5500 colleges and 3 crore students are in India, among all 93% of students are underemployed. Due to this they seek loan and unable to repay because of low salary, this is because there is huge increase in Artificial Intelligence, Automation, lean management process and  the number of jobs are going down. The one and only one reason behind this is the professors of India is very weak.
In Havard University professors are earning 16 lakhs in contrary, in India i.e 32 thousand. Low salary leads to imcompetent nature between the professors, and they are also not well formed mind.
If the aspiration of student is very high and the preparation is too low then what will happen to him. This generally leads to suicide.
'If you are not excited after waking up with your goal then you are wasting your time'.
In India there are millions of youths. A fact tells us that India is youngest country. A data reveals that the average age of china is 37 years.
Russia - 37 years.
US - 38 years.
Canada- 38 years.
Australia - 38 years.
India - 26 years.
This shows that among all, India is the youngest country as it has ample amount of youths. Graduates are earning only 10 thousand per month while watchman is earning 30 thousand in one month. The major problem is that, students don't want to do hard work, they only come with one goal i.e 75% attendence, because of these reasons, now a days Google, EX, Apple, Starbucks, IBM, Bank of America are hiring youth with no degree.
Here are some techniques which are used by other institution,
•Hovard University, they show 80% case study, 10% projects 5% lecture, 5% learning.
•Standford, they show 40% case study.
•Wharton, they also show 40% case study.
Student in India didn't do summer internship and majority of them shows fake report.
Let us bring some revolutionary changes in education system as well as in teaching.
Now a days due to corona virus lockdown, schools decided to conduct online classes. Students always tries to interrupt the teacher and they only do this to whom they don't like. Students are joining class with creepy names for instance - someone join with the 'Osama' and the teacher is failed to know who is he. He keeps on warning to change name, one has came with name written -'gmail@rajnikant' and there are more creepy names. About more than half of the time is being wasted in taking attendence.
Abdul Kalam said " Only three persons can change the world i.e  Father, Mother and Teacher.
Teachers have to build good and emotional relationship with the tutee. Some important suggestions I would love to give to the teachers of India -
1• Set right expectation,
* Ambition
* Communication
* Participation
* Demonstration
* Correction
* Examination
* Evaluation
* Felicitation
2• Foster relationship
'There is no friend like education in world'.'
Well said by someone ' educator and educative gains respect every where.'
3• Group and individual projects.
4• Be visible available and flexible.
5• Create a conducive learning environment.
6• Use mix of learning tools,
* New collaboratives
* Audio and Visual tools
7• Encourage collaborations and participation.
8• Ask question to keep them engaged
9• Provide continuous and constructive feedback.
10• Ask for feedbacks
11• Real life Application of Information
* There should not be only theory
* There should only be implementation
12• Group discussion (FGD - talk less, listen more.
13• Act as FPG ( friend , philospher, guide)
14• Try not be instructor and leave your ego behind
15• Don't be bossy on nature
16• Don't think as - ' I am a teacher so student have to pay respect!!'
17• Plan your class
* No extempore
18• Update yourself
If you invest in your brain then it will give you highest return. These are some way that a teacher would build a strong relationship, the question arises 'how we will get this, from where we will learn. ' There are many online courses wherein a teacher will learn these values,
1• Creative writing
2• Content writing
3• Teaching online
4• Adobe captivate
5• Public speaking
6• Instructional design
7• Powerful coversation
8• Storytelling
9• Course creation
10• Moodle and canvas
11• Presentation skills
12• Train the trainer
13• Research paper writing
There are millions of techniques that teacher can learn who wants to teach.
As it is said that 'Average teacher (Tells)
                               'Good teacher (Explains)
                               'Excellent teacher (Demonstrate)
.

A Walk in the Time of Corona

" In every crisis, doubt or confusion, take the higher path - the path of compassion, courage, understanding and love".
 11th march 2020, WHO has declared Corona as global pandemic and China was most affected by Covid19. This death-dealing virus has taken lives of lakhs of people on the planet and yet the vaccines are not prepared.
A big question mark is on our future, how are we going to grip the losses, no body knows. Many super powers are kneeled down infront of this killer virus.
The first positive case was suspected in Kerela and the government right away arranged the hospitals with 2000 beds only for Covid19 cases.
One and only one question is revolving in our mind that 'how do we rescue ourselves from this invisible virus?'
No worry, by implementing some steps in our daily routine can prevent us from infection -
STAY home
KEEP a social distance
WASH hands often
SICK? call helpline no. -(+91-11-239-78049)
                    helpline email - ncov2019@gov.in
If you have fever, cough and difficulty breathing, seek medical attention? so do visit to nearby hospital for check up.
Don't use public transport.
If urgent to go outside only two persons in a car.
Wear masks each and every time, when you are outside.
Dont touch your eyes, nose, mouth and sanitize your hands regularly.
Let's focus the light on the development side i.e vaccines -
There are more than 180 companies active on vaccines including India. Vaccines are inactive virus which are injected in our body.
• Moderena - This company is working on the vaccine which is most effective among all.
Chinese company is also working on vaccines (Sinovac Biotech's  COVID-19)
Japan is expecting to launch clinical trials of Covid-19 vaccine in July.
Canada is also working with Chinese company on COVID-19 vaccine.
Most of the companies have been completing the second phase trial and going to enter in the third phase. There are huge competetion among the companies and hopefully it will be developed by next summer i.e forthcoming year 2021.

Hazards of industrilisation

"One touch of nature makes the world kin."

The Black Truth

 Nepotism sucks not because it gives oppurtunity to an un worthy but due to this this thousands of skillfull talent goes un noticed
Entertainment is temporary happiness, but the real happiness is permanent entertainment.

Today we are here to talk about extremly major topic prevailing in every one's mind i.e NEPOTISM
We all are familiar with the defination of Nepotism, but we don't be friends with it's impact on entertainment side.
The million dollar question arises how it impacts the side of entertainment?
Recently on 14th june Sushant Singh Rajput has committed sucide and was the very victim of Nepotism, but the truth can't be hidden for a long run. It was revealed that there are several 'gangs' in the bollywood and it tear down the profession of innocent as well as talented people.
There are numerous stars who don't have support in this industry because they don't join the surname like KAPOOR OR KHAN and they have to suffer.
Today being an actor means to spend the wealth on possessing an expensive car and visiting the producer's house with that car, to spend the money in an expensive club, these are always fake.
A boy comes from a small town to persue his profession and here, he is discriminated because of star kids whether they have talent or not. Consider an example that you are well prepared for tomorrow's examination and next day your teacher didn't allow you to write the paper, he gave  full marks to his chid. What will be the mental status of yours? Same is happening in this 'so called' bollywood industry. Actors like them have to wait outside the office in scratching summer in contrary to the star kids. In a simple way they are being compared which leads to mental harassment.
Sushant is not the first victim of nepotism and absolutely not the last victim.
It's my humble request, if you feel something like deppression so do visit to your loved ones and to whom who don't judge you. God has given life to us only for one time and it has also given us happiness and sadness in equal amount .
We have faith in the government and it will find the culprit as soon as possible. We also know that the steps taken by Sushant could not be wasted.
